ICanRiseUp Studio ("the application") is a private, single-operator tool used by

LARS Technologies to publish video content to YouTube channels that it owns and

operates. The application is not offered to the public and has no end users

other than its operator.

INFORMATION THE APPLICATION ACCESSES

The application uses Google OAuth 2.0 to obtain permission to act on the

operator's own YouTube account. It requests these scopes:

- .../auth/youtube.upload — to upload video files

- .../auth/youtube — to set video metadata, manage playlists, and set

thumbnails on the operator's own channels

The application reads the authenticated channel's identity to confirm it is

publishing to the intended channel, and writes videos, titles, descriptions,

tags, thumbnails and playlist entries to that channel. It does not access viewer

data, comments, analytics, or any other person's account.

INFORMATION THE APPLICATION STORES

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on private hardware controlled by the

operator, in a directory readable only by the operator's account. Video files and

metadata are stored on the operator's own storage. Nothing is transmitted to any

third party, and no database of personal information is maintained.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Credentials are used solely to publish the operator's own content to the

operator's own YouTube channels. They are never used for advertising, prof

resale, or any purpose beyond that publishing function.

LIMITED USE DISCLOSURE

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google API

adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited

requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is not transferred to thir

parties, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except as

required for security purposes or to comply with applicable law.

DATA SHARING

No data obtained through Google APIs is shared with any third party.

DATA RETENTION AND REMOVAL

Authorisation can be revoked at any time at

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately ends the

application's ability to act on the account. Stored tokens are deleted fro

operator's hardware on revocation.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The application is not directed at children and collects no information fr

anyone other than its operator.
