These terms govern ICanRiseUp Studio, an internal software tool operated by LARS Technologies, LLC ("we") to publish our own content to our own YouTube channels, and the use of those channels.

1. YouTube Terms. ICanRiseUp Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube channels and content you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

2. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy (https://www.larstechnologies.com/privacy) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) describe how data is handled.

3. Internal use only. The tool is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone outside LARS Technologies. It acts only on YouTube channels owned by LARS Technologies and authorised by their owner through Google OAuth 2.0.

4. Human review. Every video is uploaded as private and goes public only after a person on our team approves it. The tool never comments on or interacts with other channels.

5. Content. Content published by the tool is our own original work. Third-party excerpts are used with attribution for criticism, review and news reporting.

6. Revocation. Authorisation can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

7. No warranty; changes. The tool is provided as-is for internal use. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
